DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments required a non-refundable deposit for booking your spot.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to your credit card on file. If you are a no-show for your appointment, the full service cost will be charged to your credit card on file.
DEPOSITS FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS
If you are booking a luxury hair extension service with special order hair, cancellations or refunds do not apply to hair extension purchases.
SPECIAL ORDER REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
In addition, we offer priority and/or express booking for our clients who prefer a more expedited service.
The priority and/or express booking fees are based on the average prices for high-end salons in the area, and will be added to the service cost at the time of booking. These fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.
