Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit for booking your spot. If you are booking a custom wig installation, or a luxury hair service with special order hair, cancellations or refunds do not apply to these hair extension purchases - these are non refundable purchases. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for an opening. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to your credit card on file. If you are a no-show for your appointment, the full service cost will be charged to your credit card on file. In addition, we offer priority and/or express booking for our clients who prefer a more expedited service. The priority and/or express booking fees are based on the average prices for high-end salons in the area, and will be added to the service cost at the time of booking. These fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing our salon for your hair care needs.
